In Memoriam: March 6, 2015

The following is a weekly listing of Nazarene ministers and leaders who recently went home to be with the Lord. Notices were received March 2-6, 2015. 

Treber Baldwin, 60, of West Union, Ohio, passed away March 1. He was the husband of minister Tammy Baldwin, who pastors the Western Union, Ohio, Church of the Nazarene.

Richard Cannon, 61, of Bethany, Oklahoma, passed away February 28. He was a retired minister, serving in Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Arkansas. He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Cannon.

Thomas Crawford, 85, of Greentown, Pennsylvania, passed away February 26. He was a retired minister, serving in New York. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Crawford, in 1997.

John Doss, 82, of Danville, Alabama, passed away February 28. He was a retired minister and evangelist, serving in Tennessee, Oklahoma, and Alabama. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Doss.

Ethel (Springer) Frank, 63, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away March 1. She was the wife of evangelist Raymond Frank. 

Constance (Akers) Hald, 94, of Urbandale, Iowa, passed away March 3. She was the wife of retired minister Gerald Hald, who served in Iowa.

F. Irwin Harris, 90, of Bethany, Oklahoma, passed away March 4. He was a retired minister, serving in Missouri, Ohio, Carolina, and Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Doris (Mills) Harris, and is survived by his second wife, Arlita Harris.

June Jones, 84, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, passed away February 28. She was a minister at the Colorado Springs, Colorado, Genesis Church of the Nazarene. She was preceded in death by her husband.

Milford Schmidt, 89, of Clinton, Missouri, passed away March 4. He was a retired minister and evangelist, serving in Iowa and Missouri. He is survived by his wife, Lois Schmidt.

Donna (Buby) Williams, 80, of Bethany, Oklahoma, passed away March 3. She was the wife of retired minister, evangelist, and chaplain D. Edward Williams, who served in Texas, California, and Oklahoma.
