Myanmar church trains members in tailoring

by | 28 Apr 2017

In addition to making Christlike disciples, Trinity Church of the Nazarene aspires to provide livelihood opportunities for its members.

The church, in partnership with Nazarene Compassionate Ministries, recently launched a tailoring training program for young women. The training began 13 April with a limited number of slots. A professional tailor, hired by the church, is providing basic to advanced teaching in the skill.

The training will equip the women with tailoring skills they can use to make a living. It is also an avenue to mentor the women in becoming Christlike disciples.
