In Memoriam: 15 February 2019
The following is a weekly listing of Nazarene ministers and leaders who recently went home to be with the Lord. Notices were received 11-15 February 2019.
Mora Baldwin, 87, of Temple, Texas, passed away 4 February. She was the widow of retired minister Howard Baldwin, who served in New Mexico, Colorado, and Texas. Howard Baldwin passed away in 2010.
Elizabeth Campbell, 62, of Jonesborough, Tennessee, passed away 6 February. She was a retired minister, serving in Tennessee. She is survived by her husband, Charles Campbell.
Linda Cox, 71, of Troup, Texas, passed away 5 February. She was the wife of retired minister C. Andy Cox, who served in Texas.
Alice Johnson, 95, of Meridian, Idaho, passed away 6 February. She was a retired pioneer missionary and educator serving in Germany. She is survived by her husband, retired minister, district superintendent, and general superintendent emeritus Jerald Johnson, who served in Germany, Idaho, Oregon, California, and Washington and led the Middle European District.
Lorna Larue, 92, of Bluefield, West Virginia, passed away 5 February. She was the widow of retired minister Joe Larue, who served in West Virginia. Joe Larue passed away in 1994.
Kenneth McCloskey, 69, of Pensacola, Florida, passed away 31 January. He was a retired minister, serving in Florida. He was preceded in death by his wife, Kay McCloskey, in 2016.
Jane Ream, 77, of Clayton, Michigan, passed away 2 February. She was a retired minister, serving in Michigan. She is survived by her husband, Richard Ream.
Patsy Stamper, 75, of Corbin, Kentucky, passed away 8 February. She was the wife of retired minister Stephen Stamper, who served in Kentucky.
