In 2024, your KRK offering will support development of Spiritual Olympians. As the summer Olympics include many water activities, our 2024 VBS includes a water theme: River Rafting Adventure. We will travel down the river and through the book of Acts, experiencing God’s love alongside the earliest Christians.
Your KRK offering will provide crucial discipleship resourcing for children from around the globe. Through these resources, children will learn about God’s prevenient, saving, and sanctifying grace. You can help! Join us in giving to this year’s global KRK offering! Through your giving, Kids Reaching Kids will provide needed resources to other children so that they can become Spiritual Olympians.
Don’t miss the 2024 VBS: River Rafting Adventure! Each stop on the adventure will draw us closer to God and his love. Children will learn that God fills us with his love, God transforms us with his love, God saves us with his love, and God wants us to share his love. Children will travel down the river with Bobby (a scientist) and Sammy (a river guide). Bobby and Sammy plan to visit people who live along the river. These people work hard, but their crops are not growing. The people’s fields, tables, and stomachs are empty. Happily, a creator has made a miracle seed which grows 100 times faster than regular seeds, and the fruit is 100 times more nutritious and tastier than regular fruit. Bobby and Sammy will share the miracle seeds at every stop on their journey!
The Kids Reaching Kids Mission Offering Project is the annual children’s mission offering emphasis.
The money from this offering funds varied projects, including a major focus each year.
Bitan*, a 10-year-old boy in Bangladesh, dreamed of being a police officer when he grew up.
That dream seemed impossible due to his family’s poverty, but Bitan has new hope for his future thanks to Nazarene children around the world who gave to the Sunday School and Discipleship Ministries’ Kids Reaching Kids Mission Offering Project.
Chumi* is among 19 children in Bangladesh to receive medical treatment funded in part by the Kids Reaching Kids missions offerings.
Before the treatment, she was unable to move her right arm properly after she accidentally burned her arm in a mud oven when she was seven years old.
Nearly 2,000 children across the Commonwealth of Independent States Field attended 33 VBS events thanks to funds from Kids Reaching Kids, the Church of the Nazarene’s VBS program.
Each year, children who attend a VBS are invited to participate in an offering that provides funds for children in need around the world.
