South Carolina ministry helps rehab, raise new ministers

Four men entered Reconciliation Ministries’ recovery program with the goal of getting clean and sober. God spoke to them as they worked towards sobriety and permanent life change, and after graduation they went on to receive local minister’s licenses.

Zachary Gibson had been addicted to drugs since he was 13. After his wife left him and took their children, he entered Reconciliation Ministries in Columbia, South Carolina, which changed the trajectory of his life for the better.

Georgia District elects new superintendent

General Superintendent David W. Graves announced the election of W. Kyle Poole as superintendent of the Georgia District. Elected 31 May on the first ballot, Poole replaces Roy E. Rogers, who is retiring after serving more than 18 years in the position. Poole will begin his new assignment 1 July.
