Brian Wiesinger was appointed superintendent of the Southwest Oklahoma District on 11 December 2023. He currently is the pastor of The Crossing Church of the Nazarene in Westminster, Colorado.
General Superintendent Gustavo Crocker made the appointment in consultation with the Southwest Oklahoma District Advisory Council and the Board of General Superintendents.

Wiesinger’s appointment is effective 1 January 2024. He replaces Mark Lehman, who was elected superintendent of the Los Angeles District on 26 June 2023. The Board of General Superintendents thanks Jim Cooper, who served as interim superintendent for Southwest Oklahoma during the transition period.

Wiesinger has served as a pastor at Bethany Lake Overholser Church of the Nazarene in Oklahoma (1996-2002), Columbia Grace Church of the Nazarene in Mississippi (2002-2009), and The Crossing Church of the Nazarene in Westminster, Colorado, since 2009. 

He holds a bachelor’s degree in ministry from Southern Nazarene University. 
He and his wife, Kimberly, have been married since 1984 and currently reside in Thornton, Colorado.
